How We Ship

  • Most orders (95%) are sent by air
  • Large items (like tea trays) ship via ocean freight
  • All packages are sent with UPS, USPS, or FedEx – fully tracked
  • U.S. customers pay no extra fees or taxes at delivery

Where We Ship From

To serve you faster, we ship from multiple warehouses, including our main facility in China and overseas locations. Your order will be sent from the warehouse closest to your delivery address.

Order Processing Information

  • Orders are processed Monday - Friday
  • Daily cutoff time: 11:00 PM EST
  • Handling time: 1–3 business days
  • Orders are shipped out daily (including weekends) after processing is complete

Shipping Options & Delivery Timelines

We offer the following shipping methods for orders within the United States:

  • Orders are Shipped Monday - Friday
  • Standard Shipping: $6.00 (on all orders of $0.01 to $69.99) | 7 to 10 business days
  • Free Shipping: On all orders of $70.00 and above | 7 to 10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: $12.00 | 3 to 7 business days

Total delivery time includes both order processing and transit:

Processing time + Shipping time = 8–13 business days (Standard & Free) or 4–10 business days (Expedited)

Things That Might Delay Your Order

  • We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund within 24 hours
