Before You Order

A: Currently, we ship only within the United States. We're working to serve more regions soon!

A: Yes! Free standard shipping on all orders of $70.00 and above.

A: Absolutely. We don't store your payment details. All transactions are securely handled through PayPal and certified payment gateways.

After You Receive

A: Most of our ceramic and porcelain teapots are dishwasher-safe. Zisha (clay) teapots should be hand-rinsed only to preserve their natural patina.

A: No. Our teapots are designed for brewing tea with hot water—not for direct heating on stoves or open flames.

A: That's called "yǎng hú"—nurturing the pot. Unglazed clay slowly absorbs tea oils and develops a richer shine. It's a sign of good use.

A: Yes! We use recycled and recyclable materials for packaging whenever possible.

A: Simply pour leftover tea over it after each session. Avoid soap. Over time, it will develop a beautiful natural coating.

A: We offer a 30-day return window for new or lightly used items in original packaging.

Full refunds apply for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items.

A: Once approved, refunds are processed within 3 days.

A: Email us within 48 hours at info@crafiel.com with photos and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
